Interview
Really relaxed. The sales director and GM are very chill. They were not pressing you on answering questions in depth and are very understanding. As long as you have admin and organizational skills you are qualified. They look for a good fit with personality as well.
Contacted for a phone interview, but was told the position was already filled. HR still discussed the position, asked questions, and said my resume would stay on file for future purposes.
Long and slow. I spoke with multiple people over multiple months. After my final round interview, I was told HR would be in touch soon. I reached out a few times and heard nothing back. It felt very unprofessional and rude.
