Overcart interview questions

I was contacted by the HR of the company and the complete process took 3 days. 1. Telephonic interview. 2. technical interview with potential team lead. 3. One more short technical interview by the manager.

How can you ensure that they communicate and interact often? 3)Post the completion of the process I was communicated at the end of the interview that I had been selected for the position and I was given the offer letter the same day. I was asked to join the organization from the very next day.
