      Support Specialist Interview

      Jun 15, 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Overwolf in May 2026

      Interview

The interview process was one of the best I've experienced. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and all interviews started on time. Communication throughout the process was clear and transparent, particularly around salary, benefits, and expectations for the role. I completed four interview stages and felt that each step was relevant and gave me a good understanding of both the position and the company. Overall, I had a great experience and felt respected and informed throughout the process.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I was asked about my previous customer support experience, how I would approach and resolve different customer support scenarios, and how I handle challenging customer interactions. I was also asked about my strengths and weaknesses, my approach to teamwork and feedback, and what interested me about the role and company. The process also included a take-home assignment in which I was asked to draft responses to several customer support scenarios, followed by a discussion of my approach and reasoning.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Overwolf in Feb 2025

      Interview

The process consisted of 4 steps, including a written assignment. The first 2 interviews were pleasant and comfortable. I was asked about my experience and questions relevant to the role, while maintaining a humane approach. The written assigment was short but required some research into their online documentation. The last interview with the recruitment team was the most unprofessional I've ever experienced. The interviewer was distracted and visibly and vocally upset about something unrelated. It took them a few minutes to remember they ware on a call with a candidate and focus back. I was immediately told I'd be unhappy with the role. They kept asking me over and over the same questions, making me extremely uncomfortable, as if trying to force me into an answer that could be misconstrued and used as an argument against me.
