Interview
30-40 minute interview, with mainly competency-based questions as well as scenario-type situations. Was interviewed by two people, the Head and one team's Line Manager. Overall was friendly and seemed very professional

Question 1
What would you do if a tutor pulled out on you for mentoring or an event? How would you resolve the situation, seeing as a client has paid money for that service?
It was two interviews, one on the phone with HR followed by one with the two partners. Both interviews were lovely and quite smooth, around 30 minutes each - it was a great experience.
