Smoothest and most efficient interview process I've ever experienced. When it became clear the job may be a good fit, they even made accommodations to expedite the process to help me make the start date work with a previously scheduled family event. Travis and Morgan could not have been more professional or respectful; and expressed a genuine interest in me as an applicant to make sure that this job would be a fit for both parties. Interview
~30 minute conversation over the phone with the recruiter, followed by a video interview with management. This could also be a panel style for some candidates. Prior to the conclusion of the interview, they had me take a DISC analysis in real-time. Overall a very good experience with lovely people.
