I applied online and received an invitation for a phone interview a few days later. The recruiter asked about my previous customer service experience and availability. After that, I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager, who focused on problem-solving, communication skills, and how I handle difficult customers. The process was friendly and lasted about two weeks.
