PCS interview questions

One call from HR to just go over your resume and salary requirements and if HR likes you the take notes to pass to the manager. The next day the manage calls with a person you will work with listening in. They ask "Who is (name here), the IT specialist? " than ask what were your tasks at your previous job. They also ask where do you see yourself in 3-5 years. Than they'll let you ask them questions and after answering the will tell you more about the company. If you do well with 2nd phone interview, HR will call you back and schedule a skype technical interview which can be intense but they dont expect you to know everything, theu just want to see how you react.
