    Spoke to the hiring manager, supervisor and HR. They each asked questions about my past procurement experience. They then met and later that day I was advised they wanted to be bring me on board.

    The interview covered 10% of professional knowledge and 90% to political adherance and awareness, asked about PM Book, MS Project, and then about Chavez and Political stuff. This is not what I expected as I wanted a project management based interview and job, not a political thing.

    Very easy. Know how questions. Just to get to know you and you CV. The interview was with the manager of the section and 2 mores engineers that worked in the section. It lasted about 30 minutes. The interview was in an office with 3 more candidates. All of us got in that time but for different sections everyone.

    I was referred to the hiring manager by a college fellow student who completed her internship and undergraduate thesis under this manager shortly prior to the 2002 oil strike. I was called to work in two month later, as a temporary staff. Later, after psych technical and background checks, I was hired as a permanent staff.

    The process went very confusing about dates and persons to whom I was to meet, one case the person did not know anything of the interview....Because they were not sure about working place I spent several meetings (no interviews) with supervisors about the place to be assigned if the employment was granted
