Interview
The interview was done using Microsoft Teams. My interview was around 45 minutes long. I was asked a few technical questions and other questions related to my ability to problem solve and communicate.

I was asked to name 3 examples of how I was in a situation that presented a problem. How did I identify the problem, how did you communicate to others regarding the problem, and how was the problem solved.
The interview process is mostly focused on behavioral questions to understand your experiences and how you fit with the team. They may ask you to explain your projects in detail to see your skills, how you solve problems, and your role in the work you’ve done.

One round interview process very informal and easy to navigate as it is an E01 position. Several basic questions of who you are and your experiences, This was a contract so may be different from the actual full time.

PECO wants co-op interviewees to answer using the STAR method (situation, task, action, result). They often have themes tied to their behavioral questions. For Drexel co-ops they send a guide to how to answer these questions and they focus on behavioral and situational questions.
