I applied online. I interviewed at PGIM (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview was online and was very difficult. You get one minute to read each question and then a minute or 2 to respond. I wish the interview was in person because this was a hard interview.
Different rounds and very in depth.
Hiring for potential & need to show skill
Emphasise on hiring from target schools although that wasnt the case for me. Great knowledge colleagues
Hirevue then Final round with 2 team members. Final round was quite technical with 5 minutes left to ask questions at the end. There was a couple basic behaviorals at the start like Why PGIM

I submitted my application online. There was a hirevue with 5-7 questions then a virtual super day with about 3 interviews back to back. Fairly standard process and welcoming to all.
