The position is AM funtion(development exp preferred) of real estate platform located in Shanghai China, reporting to AM leader in Singapore.
Three rounds interviews lasting two months, first round is AM leader of South East Asia Sulin Wee, second round is David Fassbender, Head of South East Asia, third round is head of China, Matthew Yao.
Good impression with Sulin, David, we talked AM and development a lot. But bad exp with Matthew Yao. In the interview with him, his questions are not professional, no questions are focus on real estate AM and development, even he is not interested in the projects exp I developed before. When I asked him what's the expectation of AM person, he gave an answer wide off the mark.
After the interviews, PGIM just gave the feedbacks to headhunter and replied they finally chose another candidate who had the exp of project management. This is really a big joke for PGIM, not professional, unfair and lost their reputation and glory. PGIM's requirement is AM with development exp from beginning to end, finally PGIM found a project management guy, this really cheat me and headhunter. Shame on PGIM.
Hope no more candidates cheated by PGIM in the future, pls be careful.
