I was first screened by the HR manager. Then Vice President and Equipment spoke to me in another room. quite informal. Very casual. Ask for my experince in selling equipment,

Very professional phone interview. First, questions about my background, previous employment, skill sets, knowledge of the industry, length of employment at each company, reason for leaving, what my goals were. Then a description of PJP, its history, management, company culture, and general business goals. The next phone interview was behavioral interview.
