Interview
I was Interviewed by the VP, CTO, and Director of Engineering. They asked basic behavioral questions, experience history, and salary requirements. It was a brief, concise interview designed to assess technical capability, motivation, and work ethic. No curve ball unnecessary/irrelevant questions--come prepared with technical knowledge and rehearse basic interview questions and you will do well.
I was given a tour of the manufacturing facility and office space.

What steps are you going to take to become a value-adding contributor as soon as possible?
3 interviews all over the phone/zoom. No major technical questions or group interviews. Fairly straightforward process from start to finish. Job listing did not match the role perfectly with some major differences between remote/in person work requirements
