I applied through college or university. I interviewed at PSA International (Singapore) in Mar 2018
Interview
There will be a port visit first. During the port visit, there will be a personality test .and an essay that ask what would you do in certain situations. If you pass you will get call up for an interview. I know there are at least 2 rounds of interviews. 1st round of interview by a HR person and an OE person.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PSA International (Singapore) in Mar 2026
Interview
Standard question and procedure, like any normal interview. Apply online, wait for interview, wait for decision, then stage two. Nothing special in any arrangement that they do. Quite similar questions since the past.
Overall rather straightforward, In-person interview consisting of 2 rounds with manager and VP with very typical interview questions such as what are your strengths and weaknesses, quick introduction about yourself, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at PSA International in Jan 2026
Interview
2 interviews - 1st was with AVP and HR, 2nd was with VP and AVP HR. Interviewers were all friendly and it was a great discussion on skillsets. However, both interviews provided different expectations with regards to the job and was confusing on potential work location as well. The salary band for OE seems to be fixed and it's more like you're starting over at a lower salary if you come in from other industry.
