      Inspection Engineer Interview

      Mar 2, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Perth, Western Australia
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at PTTEP (Perth, Western Australia) in Feb 2017

      Interview

The interview was 3 hrs long and got into way more than required for the job description. I did not get the job and I was told that I did not have a specific skill that was not on the job description. Im not sure why they would make up rubbish after the fact. Why not just tell the candidate that you were not selected. Very poor form. They brought in 2 SME for the interview and wasted 3hrs of my time and $2000 on the SMEs when they could have answered the queries in a prescreen. Im not sure whether their HR department is really dumb or just plain ignorant
