Hmm, what a massive waste of time. The women were all lovely to interview with, with very direct questions and genuine interest (if not, great job). The men, one of them being Roman, behaved very superciliously. One of them was on his phone, slouching in his chair, sighing heavily, and thinking of interview questions on the go. He clearly never looked at my resume. Roman came off as rather bored and impatient, which made me bored and impatient. Not being selected is probably a bullet I was forced to dodge.

Question 1
Do you have any questions? Are you sure you don't have any questions?
Phone interview, Skype interview, then in-person interview at the office which is in a co-working space. They are clearly understaffed and weren't really sure about what the role would entail or even the direction they were trying to take the company. It was obvious that no one had a look at my resume or profile before the interview and I was asked to describe random skills pulled off my resume.

Question 1
They asked a lot of questions about previous work done and how I would improve it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PTTOW! (Culver City, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
I was referred to PTTOW for this position by a finance and business development professional I worked with on a few projects. I was told that the CEO, Roman Tsunder, really liked my resume and wanted to meet with me. The job description was a mixture of accounting and office management responsibility which I found a bit strange. When I arrived at the interview and met with Roman, he did the full body scan with his eyes, (ladies, you know exactly what I mean). In addition, the job description changed and it was in no way what was represented in the job description posted online. He was incredibly condescending and insulting.

Question 1
He didn't ask me any questions. It appears he made up his mind that I was unqualified for the job as soon as he saw me, however, I was dressed appropriately and professionally, so I don't think that could have factored into his lack of enthusiasm about my ability to do the job. Who knows?
