I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pacific Life (Newport Beach, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first one was with a Senior Software Developer who would be asking questions based on your resume, like past experience and projects, consisting of both technical and behavioral questions. The second round was a group discussion with panel members consisting of some senior executives who would focus mostly on behavioral questions. The recruiter informed me that they did not move forward with my application because of work authorization issues.
