    Very straightforward - following background check I met with two employees and a manager for a series of general questions. The interview was via telephone (I was in Chicago) and was very relaxed.

    Dec 2014 interviewed with John. John and his boss Jeremiah prior to phone interview checked my social media site. Which is fine. Than a month later a Skype interview which lasted only 15 min. I believe they are looking for a man and not a woman based on there questions and tone in asking them. John and Jeremiah never responded to my follow up email status.

It was asked several times which I made clear I had the experience and background to support it. I have 5 years of experience defusing confrontational situations and individuals and unions that are aggressive?   Answer Question
    • This job requires one year of training and some down time? Will you get board and how do you feel about it. I said that I am excited to learn new things and do not mind down time.   Answer Question
    • The position requires you to work on board with crew. How do you feel? I said I had no issue working on board and excited to get hands on training.   Answer Question
