I heard from the employer within 1-2 weeks of submitting my application. Since I was living in another state at the time, my first interview was virtual with who I'd be directly reporting to. The second interview was about 1-2 weeks later and was with with my direct superior and the two owners of the company. The first interview overviewed my skills, experience and overall interest in the position. The second interview focused more on my personality and "fit" in the company.
