Interview took place in one day only, One of my friend referred me for the interview. there were 3 rounds two of them were technical and one last round with HR. There was immediate joining requirement so interview process completed in one day only.

Interview
I applied through Panacea website Careers, got the interview schedule through text message. First round is technical round and then HR round. If you are fresher doesn't matter how bad you give interview, they will shortlist you for second round. HR will give you details about the job, they will ask you to submit all original documents, 2 years bond, 4 month training, in training they will provide 5k stipend, after training 8k for one year and they will ask to give them 1 Lakh Cheque as a security if you leave company within 2 years.
