The hiring team reached out to me however during the interview, I felt extremely uncomfortable and decided to end the interview early and decline any future interviews. The interviewer only wanted to focus on anything negative about me and nothing job related. He asked several times for examples of where I need to improve and feedback I’ve received. While I provided insight on my development areas, he continued to drill and only wanted me to belittle myself. Worst interview I’ve had in 20 years of experience

Question 1
Asked for three areas of opportunity. Then followed up with what is something you don’t do well. What did I feel an appropriate schedule would be for this role and how many hours per week should I work? And then why wouldn’t you be able to do this job?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Panda Restaurant Group in Feb 2024
Interview
Very lengthy, informal and drawn out process. Multiple interviews with recruiter, managers, and operational leadership. The final step of interviews were non-structured and odd. Operational leadership provided several examples of how successful he was with the organization and how he has selected and hired other human resource leaders. He came across as boisterous and not a positive representation of the organization.
