It was simple and straight forward. I was contacted by a recruiter from a recruitment agency, and then my CV was put forward to Viacom, and then I had a two stage interview. First one was technical, with basic questions regarding to Windows/MAC troubleshooting and support. Second stage was with the HR and I was offered the job quite quickly, as it was a contract role and they wanted someone to start in 3 weeks time.
