There were two interviews. The first was with the VP of Marketing and an HR Representative. I went over my qualifications and they briefly described the position -- pretty standard information. I was then asked in for a second interview to meet more of the staff. I was asked questions like how long I planned on working there, what career path was I aspiring for, etc. I was later asked to write an article to prove my copywriting skills against a competing applicant. I ended up getting the job.
