Very brief conversations with the CEO and head of talent acquisition. Basic questions nothing too technical followed by an assignment to complete and return. They were very friendly and I actually enjoyed taking part in the interview process.

Looking to essentially hire people to handle disgruntled customers and coach them on why they are wrong, and don't know what they've agreed or signed up for. The interviewer literally admitted in the interview that most issues are customers wanting to back out of the commitment they've made and being frustrated that what they were sold on is not working out as promised.

Not what I expected. I thought it was a professional inside sales position but really was a telemarketing position. The people were nice enough but it ended up being a waste of time.
