The interview process was swift and painless. The interviewer asks you about your interest in the publication, your strengths and weaknesses and what you would like to contribute to the website.
Had a phone call with the editor I would be working with. It was pretty casual, reiterated much of what was on my cover letter. It was much more conversational than answer/question, so that was nice.
