Pretty long process 3 rounds total on via google meets. HR recruiter, Manager, Panel. First 2 round for me went pretty smooth, good rapport good conversation. Where it fell apart was at the panel interview, the format was really unorganize and unstructured. Manager comes on and imeditately drops. You then get pass to two team members after they ask you questions they drop. Two other new team members get on sort of the same they drop. Then another set comes on. Its really hard to build rapport and gauge when the interview process is like speed dating? The last group was with a teammember and the CFO apparently. Really unorganize where they dont first introduce themselves and title. No one really took control of the conversation and I was kind of just waiting for someone to ask a question. Felt like I had to make up conversation to fill the silence. The CFO was not even on the video just audio because she was driving? Not sure how much you can take someone seriously. Anyway the whole process took almost a month felt I was stringed along for nothing. Tip to Path2Response.
