I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Path2Response (New York, NY) in Sep 2023
Interview
Pretty long process 3 rounds total on via google meets. HR recruiter, Manager, Panel. First 2 round for me went pretty smooth, good rapport good conversation. Where it fell apart was at the panel interview, the format was really unorganize and unstructured. Manager comes on and imeditately drops. You then get pass to two team members after they ask you questions they drop. Two other new team members get on sort of the same they drop. Then another set comes on. Its really hard to build rapport and gauge when the interview process is like speed dating? The last group was with a teammember and the CFO apparently. Really unorganize where they dont first introduce themselves and title. No one really took control of the conversation and I was kind of just waiting for someone to ask a question. Felt like I had to make up conversation to fill the silence. The CFO was not even on the video just audio because she was driving? Not sure how much you can take someone seriously. Anyway the whole process took almost a month felt I was stringed along for nothing. Tip to Path2Response. The Panel rounds the Initial Hiring manager should stay on the call for each round to introduce the new prospect and not just throw him in the waters with shark as supposedly there's rapport between you two. You dont invite a friend to a party and just ditch them do you?

Question 1
Whats the most recent thing you nerded out about? Define success? Tell me about yourself? Why should we hire you
Zoom call with recruiter and then another Zoom call with hiring manager. If I made it past round 2 there'd be 2 more interviews. 1 with the team and another with the founders or someone in C-Suite.
