I applied online. I interviewed at Patient First in Feb 2024
Interview
It was very straightforward. I first had a phone call from HR and was asked a few basic questions about what I knew of the company and why I was interested in the position. Then I was offered an interview with a recruiter, which took place the next day. The interview with the recruiter was straightforward but thorough and lasted around 25-30 minutes. From there, the recruiter said that my information would be sent to the hiring manager and that they would get back to me in a week or two.

Interview
I was interviewed online first and then there was an in person interview. After that, I didn't hear back from anyone and its been several months. I did call them and ask about my status but still no clear response.

There was one brief phone call with an HR rep asking very basic questions and asking mostly about availability. There was then another interview with a different HR rep over a video call, asking more behavioral and situational questions. There may be a third in person portion of the interview (didn’t get that far yet). There was also a very basic medical knowledge assessment online.
