3 rounds and then you go to the office, the hr was really kind which made things worse since they had the attitude that they would hire you and then they would say ah your german is not so good. and i had an interview in german and then another one and then i went in the office, that being said they could have stopped me in the german interview, not waste my time by meeting everyone in the office even the dog. unprofessional...

Overall, the interview process was good until we hit the offer stage. I had clearly stated my package/salary expectations when I applied and during my initial call with recruiting/HR. They confirmed that the package I was asking for wasn't an issue. When I got my offer my contract was completely different than what we had agreed upon. My offer was almost 20k less than what we discussed, it is as if they thought I wouldn't read over my contract. When I brought it up, they said they would need to talk to management since they are a small company and finances are tight... the day before my first interview they had closed a round of funding. They were very proud to tell me during that first meeting. After a week I checked in, then they ghosted me. If you have other options don't bother applying.
