The questions were just to make sure I was competent with computers, was going to be around for more than a few months, and that I was a decent human being.

I applied on craigslist and got a very quick response from Jen, the cute front desk girl, regarding they wanted to interview me. I interviewed with a very professional woman named Jocey and instantly had a second interview with a detail oriented woman named Kayla. I had a good feeling when I left. That night I received a call and was told I got the job! I was so excited and started that next Monday. The office is very upbeat, friendly and close with each other. We know how to have fun and still remain business oriented. I recommend anyone to look at a possible future with PC care support!

Once I had a call regarding no internet connection after we did a cleaning. Its obviously our fault if it was accessible before we touched it. So I personally asked a tech and found out a cool new thing I can do and it worked. I've now used this technique several times.
