Interview
The interview process was split into two parts. There was a group interview where all of the successful applicants got a bunch info about the company and what to expect. The second was a video interview where you uploaded videos about how you would react in certain situations at camp.
It's Incredibly easy to get into, you just have to make a few videos of you answering some basic questions, there's no in-person interview, at most an explanatory zoom meeting. Four questions where each video is about 30 secs.
Call interview with a few questions regarding interest and experience, not difficult, wanted to learn more about you. Since with role is usually for younger people, they aren’t harsh with the interviewing process

went good. was very quick and simple, few questions. interviewer was very nice. questions were not too hard. simple questions to be expected from an entry level job. overall a very enjoyable time.
