The interview went well. However, the process of getting to the interview was all over the place. Lack of communication, updates, and status of assessment from HR during a two month interview process.

Did three rounds of interviews and a skills test. Talking to the team during the interviews was delightful. But the process took three months. I was the finalist but they hired someone else. The HR recruiter and team recommended that I apply to another position that was open, which was very kind of them, but for that position, I never even got an email back.
