Interview
It was formal, but not very stressful. I met with three staff members. They mostly asked behavioral questions, such as describe your weakness, what will you do when you disagree with your boss, etc.

I interviewed with the department lead and supervisor together. The questions came alternately from everyone. The interview probably lasted about 20 - 30 minutes. Very friendly and accommodating interview schedule.

Interview
I applied online and got an email to call back and set up an appointment. I showed up on time and in semi-professional attire. They talked about my previous position, asked standard questions about my skills, strengths and weaknesses, told my about the job specifics and were very clear about limited hours and benefits. they called back the following week and i took the job.
