Interview
The interview is split into two parts:
(1) A case study relating to a complaint from Mr Doe in relation to his Pension Scheme. You are given 45 minutes to review the case study and answer the questions provided in the document.
(2) You are then interview by a panel of 3, asking competency-based questions (not related to the case study). This part last for about an hour.

Interview with three lawyers; pretty standard "civil service" type format (describe a time when you did x). Seemed more interested in processes rather than legal experience. Was then ghosted, heard nothing back at all, which left me reluctant to work there.
