Pensions Ombudsman interview questions

The interview is split into two parts: (1) A case study relating to a complaint from Mr Doe in relation to his Pension Scheme. You are given 45 minutes to review the case study and answer the questions provided in the document. (2) You are then interview by a panel of 3, asking competency-based questions (not related to the case study). This part last for about an hour.

Touch interview process. You had to read a 5 to 6 page case study and then complete 2 exercises within one hour. Then once completed you then move into a one hour panel interview without a break! The panel interviewers asked at least 20 to 25 questions within one hour! Too difficult for what it is worth.
