Interview
Was friendly and warm. Only myself and other person over the phone from the employer. The whole interview process took about 30 minutes or so. The interview was more on the role I was in and then some description about the roles and responsibilities I had to take or in offer. Technical questions was asked about the duties performed.

Basically the area of my field of experience and the role I was currently undertaking was asked. The I was described about the field I will be exposed to and some questions basically technical related to the field was asked.

Interview
Teams interview for PMC, coordinated with client. Clients were questioning on the expertise. PENSPEN was a silent spectator. The interview was short. This was after shortlisting the resume, however the resume was sent via known network.
