Simple Zoom meeting with some executives and team members who asked me questions about my background and my design skills and what I might be able to contribute to the team.
I had 2 rounds of interview with a partner and designers in the team. It was casual talk about myself, my experience, their expectation, and presentation of my work. Pretty casual in general.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pentagram Design (New York, NY) in Feb 2025
Interview
I interviewed three times. partner > designers > associate partner. It was pretty smooth and was about work and portfolio mostly. they'd also ask if you'd be open to relocate, and your strengths as a designer and stuffs.
