The video interview is conducted by inexperienced staff who doesn't know what to ask and makes you go through the C.V. The assignment is very detailed, their expectation again shows inexperience.

They waste your time, calls for many days and for nothing. A complete waste of time. Ask them to do the process online or telephonic to save your time and efforts.
