Easy long you have to view all departments talk to hr then interview with supervisor for the department they want you in get the job take drug test on site same day and start orientation in 4 days

They ask you basic interview questions. If you make it through the interview process you’ll have to take a drug screen. They do not do background checks. If you accept the job offer you’ll be given a tour of the plant.

First you get a phone interview... they give you a day for your in person interview... they as you like 10 questions about your work ethic and reason you would want to work for the company...they schedule you for a drug test a couple days out from in person interview... after u pass drug testing... u get a call about your 3 day orientation.. they tell you all about the company during 3 day orientation.. you start working immediately after your orientation.
