The interview process, initially competitive and fast-paced, respected every given timeline. Within a week and a half, I participated in three interviews, including an onsite one. Afterward, there was a complete lack of respect regarding follow-ups. For example, I received dismissive answers such as, "Oh, the manager is off this week," or "I will get back to you next week," and they failed to respect their own timelines. They provided fictional scenarios and gave false expectations about hearing from them within a week, without even the decency to say, "Hey, maybe next week." Who would want to work in a place like this?
