I applied online through their portal. After the shortlisting process, I was invited for an interview. The questions were quite easy and straight forward. The interviewer asked me to tell more about myself and my experience, especially my CV but it wasn't grilling. I'm assuming other candidates were also asked easy questions and they were able to answer much better which is why I didn't get the offer. Overall the interaction was quite positive and the interviewer was encouraging.
