Initial phone screening by HR, later technical round.The next day you will get to know that you are hired.HR will ask to certain questions regarding relocation and technical interview will focus on basic questions.

Being from hardcore programmer, being interviewed for only 10-15 minutes on the basics felt like they just wanted to be done with the interview. Hardly any challenge. It's a consultancy kind of thing and did not feel worth the effort.
