Casual, yet focused. The interview was with the CEO and President of the company, with another business analyst participating. Questions were directly relevant to the experience required by the particular client. Interviewers were honest and up-front about work environment, type of tasks and duties, expectations from the client. Personable and friendly. Not an adversarial type of interview.
