Interview
I have never had an interview where the employees are that rude to candidates. I would suggest additional training to employees on how to act during interviews, especially in person interviews. Rolling eyes and loud sighs??
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Perry Homes (Houston, TX) in May 2026
Interview
The initial process was rather simple and straightforward. Recruiter reached out to me and it went pretty quick from there on getting an in person interview. It’s the follow up that was were they started to show the unprofessionalism. After them sending multiple emails stating they were just finishing up the last of candidates and would be reaching out with a decision. They never followed up. They just stop communication. Even if you are the candidate pick at least have the decency to close that loop and let that candidate know you’ve moved in different directions.
