Manager will call you to schedule an interview and then In person with general manager when the restaurant isn’t opened yet. Takes about 30 minutes and a manager will also come interview you too.

Know everything on the menu like it's the back of your hand! Also be sure to know what ingredients are in what if somebody for example has a mushroom allergy, can't eat pork etc.
