I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Persistent Systems (Hyderābād) in Oct 2022
Interview
The HR is not clear about the interview process initially they say that there will be only one round after clearing it document upload mail will be sent once everything is done after a week when we follow back expecting an offer letter you get a reply that one more round of interview needs to be given even after clearing it they just simply ignore or ghost you without releasing the offer letter. Simply worst kind of process and useless HRs.I suggest dont waste your time in giving interview to persistent systems as they can't afford the candidates and simply give lame reasons when its time to release offer letter.
