      Great culture and flexibility, but low raises

      Pros

      Everybody I work with is really nice. Goals are clearly defined. The relationship between Persistent and our Partener company is great and fruitful. They are very flexible. PTO and Health insurance benefits are great.

      Cons

      I have been here almost 3 years and only recieved a less than %3 raise. No profit sharing, no shares.
