I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Persistent Systems (Pune) in Feb 2020
Interview
3 Round were there -
1. F2F Technical
2. F2F Manageral
3. HR.
All were great except HR. While HR, I was feeling like I have stand in Chroma, in front of person of some Brand who is representing his brand. Very egoistic about Persistent. Something like not expected from persistent. After that, no any follow ups from their side. After asking so many times, finally around after 20 days, HR called me and told me that your offer is cancelled for 2 times. So here let me tell you, what I asked is only for 30% hike on my CCTC. Very Disappointed by persistent like they can't even give a 30% hike(which was less than 9LPA) to 4 the person with 4 years of experience and who is full stack developer. So I would really like to tell that HR - stop saying you are trying to give BEST in the market because it's not the best at all. Stop showing off and pretend for the things you don't even do at all.
