Interview
Interview took 4 stages. I submitted my CV & cover letter (and a short application video which was complimented by the recruiter). I received the interview invitaion in 8 hours which pretty much surprised me. Maybe just a coincidence but kudos for the quick response.
The interview took 45 minutes, the recruiter was nice and friendly, if a bit talkative. A lot of what she said about the company I already knew from desk research. Having not passed this stage, she gave me valuable feedback about my interview performance.

Case study and questions * I shared 2 past UXR projects, how I approached them, challenges and solutions * it was essentially a snippet of my UXR portfolio * it was a great interview because we had constructive and productive discussions around these 2 projects 4.
