Philadelphia Elite Group interview questions

There are three separate interviews. During the first interview they will ask you basic questions about yourself and what motivates you.They usually call applicants 2-3 days after the first interview for a second interview. During the second interview, one of the account managers will take you out for lunch and have an informal conversation to learn more about you. The third interview is on the same day and they will ask you about your experience and how you feel about the position.

I interviewed twice and was accepted after the second round of interviews. The first round was pretty simple they asked get to know you questions and ask about your resume and a little about your personality. I felt that the interviewer talked more than I did. The second round went into more detail about the job itself.
